Well I have a cyst on my wrist that needs to go bye bye. I am starting to get a little bit more nervous now about it. Main stress factor is that I will be awake during the entire procedure.

My dad had that surgery on his head. He wasn't asleep, either, and he said it was fine.

I do not think that I will need anyone there. But I really do not know. When I asked the Dr's office what did I need to know about pre-op care I was told that the Hospital would call me the day before.

Ko. Since I am a man of leisure again, if you need me just let me know as early as you can - You almost certainly won;t be able to drive yourself home! Even with awake/local surgery, they like to relaxify you with some good drugs sometimes.......hehehe
